2. Booking Confirmation

- Services are unavailable.
- Safety concerns exist.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from providing the Services.

4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
- Provide an accurate inventory of the Goods to be moved.
- Inform us of any fragile, oversized, hazardous, or high-value items before the move.
- Remove or personally transport valuables such as jewellery, cash, passports, confidential documents, firearms, medications, and sentimental items.
- Ensure suitable access to pickup and delivery locations.
- Ensure an authorised person is available at both locations during the agreed service time.
Additional waiting time, restricted access, long carry distances, stairs, parking restrictions, inaccurate information, or customer-related delays may result in additional charges.
5. Packing
Where we provide packing services, we will use reasonable care and suitable packing materials.
If you choose to pack your own Goods, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inadequate or improper packing.
Fragile items should be clearly identified before transportation.
6. Pricing and Payment
All fees, deposits, and payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra Goods
- Waiting time
- Stair access
- Long carry distances
- Difficult access
- Additional labour
- Packing materials
- Storage
- Changes made after booking confirmation
Where required, a deposit must be paid before the booking is confirmed.

8. Liability, Loss and Insurance
We exercise reasonable care while handling your Goods.
However, we are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:
- Customer-packed items.
- Undeclared fragile or valuable items.
- Pre-existing damage.
- Mechanical or electrical failure of appliances.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Poor packaging supplied by the Customer.
- Natural deterioration of Goods.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to arrange appropriate transit insurance for valuable belongings.
Any claim relating to loss or damage should be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and include relevant supporting information.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delays result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
