  • Precise Location while the driver is logged in
    This helps us track job progress, assign tasks, and estimate delivery times.

1.3 Delivery Information

  • Customer Name (used for proof of delivery)

  • Photos or videos of parcels (taken by the driver during the delivery process)

  • Customer signature (proof of delivery)

  • Delivery status updates (pickup, in-transit, delivered, etc.)


2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly for operational and functional purposes:

  • Assigning jobs to drivers

  • Tracking driver location to estimate delivery time

  • Completing proof of delivery (POD)

  • Improving safety and accountability

  • Maintaining accurate delivery records

  • Sending push notifications

  • Ensuring secure login and account access

We do not use collected data for advertising, analytics, marketing, or profiling.


3. Do We Share Your Data?

We do not sell, rent, or share driver or customer data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
